It has been a busy month at Benchmark!

The Building A roof structure has now been completed along with the mezzanine steel structure. The demising walls have been framed up to mid-building from the south end and the installation of the drywall has now commenced. The mechanical and electrical services are currently underway.

In terms of Building B, the crews are installing the formwork for the final phase of footings as well as prepping for the next slab pour. The first building panels will be erected by the end of the month which will allow for the structural steel to start thereafter.
